What was your first contact with Page and what made you decide to join the team?
I was initially approached as a candidate to develop the industrial space. My first role at Page was in a S&M team, focusing on industrial clients. What attracted me to join was the company’s performance-based culture, where career progression is clearly defined and based on merit rather than seniority. This transparency and growth opportunity made my decision to join an easy one.
What is the best thing about working for PageGroup?
The supportive environment, especially for working mothers. When I had my first baby, I was worried that I would have to choose between my career and my family. However, I am incredibly grateful that, to this day, I have never been in a position where I had to make that choice. For example, when my child is sick, my boss and team are always willing to step in and support me so I can focus on my family during difficult times.
Beyond that, working for a well-established recruitment firm that continuously evolves and invests in its people is incredibly rewarding. PageGroup genuinely cares about employee development, equipping consultants with up-to-date training relevant to today's market demands. Thanks to the L&D team and management, we are always supported in our professional growth.

How do you navigate your career at PageGroup while balancing parenthood, and what forms of support have been most impactful in your journey?
The flexibility the company provides has made a significant difference. I have never missed any of my child’s school performances because I’m given the freedom to attend and return to the office afterward. It’s a relief to know that I can pursue a corporate career without sacrificing important moments in my child’s life.
Additionally, the technology we have allows me to work efficiently from anywhere. From mobile apps to the company-provided laptop. This has saved me a lot of time and has made balancing work and family much easier.

What advice would you offer to working mothers preparing to re-enter the workforce?
Make sure you have the right support system in place before returning to work - both at home and in the workplace.
Clear communication is key, setting the right expectations & don’t hesitate to express the support you need from your team and your manager. These will help make the transition smoother.
