My first contact with Page was through the Talent Acquisition team, specifically with Junie. At the time, I was working as a Recruitment Consultant at a close competitor of Michael Page. I was at a crossroads, considering whether to continue in the recruitment business or transition to another sales opportunity, which was my previous area of expertise. Initially, I didn’t consider moving to a competitor. However, after my conversation with Page, my perspective shifted. Although it's the same industry, Page has a unique set of values, vision, and approach compared to my previous employer. The size of the business and organization, along with the abundant opportunities both inside and outside of Indonesia, were key factors that sparked my interest in joining PageGroup.
What attracted you to a career in recruitment?
What attracted me to the recruitment industry was the opportunity to expand my network without limitations, whether by position or industry. I have the chance to meet high-level professionals and learn directly from them—people I never thought I could connect with before joining this industry. Hearing their success stories has been a privilege, and it has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
What is the best thing about working for PageGroup?
The best thing about working for PageGroup is the limitless opportunities, both within Indonesia and internationally. As the team and the business grow, I personally feel there is a tremendous opportunity to develop step by step toward achieving my career and personal goals.
Aside from the business, the people and leaders are open and welcoming, which made my transition incredibly smooth. The ability to speak my mind and share my thoughts is something I greatly value in an organization, and I have found that at Page. Even though we are a large company, we remain agile in adapting to current market conditions and situations.

How do you navigate your career at PageGroup while balancing parenthood, and what forms of support have been most impactful in your journey?
Although it may be too early for me to fully share my experience, one thing I’ve personally sought is to be prepared for the future as a working mom. I’ve observed that many working mothers at Page receive the support they need—such as flexibility and understanding—which, while simple, is often overlooked by other organizations. I’ve witnessed how working moms at Page successfully prioritize their families without compromising their work. This has been incredibly inspiring for me, and I believe Page has done an excellent job of demonstrating that they genuinely 'care' about their people.
