The Vice President of Engineering will lead the engineering organization, driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of technology platforms that power the company's ecosystem. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, operational excellence, and leadership capability-ensuring high-quality delivery, scalable systems, and a high-performing engineering culture.
