We are looking for candidates who have chemical background, and also network to ceramics, tiles, or glass manufacturer.
Proven track record in leading and developing sales and marketing teams, including in sales planning, sales operations, and marketing to drive revenue growth of the business.
The role will be responsible for representing the company in the region, developing and executing sales strategies in collaboration with the headquarters and driving business growth while meeting profitability targets. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to contract finalization, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, strategy, and a proven track record in scaling businesses, preferably from big tech startups. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations, including expansion, team management, and process optimization.
