We're seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology department in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. The CTO will direct all technology-related strategies and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and goals.

The CTO will drive innovation in banking ecosystem, manage a team of IT professionals, and collaborate with other executives to align tech initiatives with business goals.

• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and equipped with the necessary skills.
• Manage software development, implementation, and integration projects to support business operations, including upgrade of software and implemented ERP modules

Lead the development and management of digital products and services to enhance the bank's retail customer experience.

<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive security strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership, risk management, compliance, and other departments to align IT security initiatives with broader enterprise goals.</li></ul>

• A technical expert with a focus on Cloud and AI technologies, preferably with experience in Microsoft or AWS platforms.
• Leads delivery execution as a technical subject matter expert, offering confident insights and advice while managing project P&L effectively.

• Develop and implement the digital and technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
• Lead the digital transformation agenda, ensuring it supports business growth and enhances customer experience.
