He will continue to report directly to Anthony Thompson, Regional Managing Director, Greater China and South East Asia. With 15 years of experience within the professional recruitment consultancy, Olly has made a significant impact on PageGroup’s businesses, having been based in London, Shanghai, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur and now Jakarta. He will continue to play a pivotal role and be a key member of the Asia Pacific board.In his last appointment, Olly moved to Indonesia in 2013 and successfully launched and developed the business in the country’s capital, Jakarta. Helping PageGroup to have a physical presence in the emerging market in early 2014, Olly and his management team and consultants have set in place a strong foundation for growth, while striving to deliver quality, expertise and specialism across the industry. He will ensure that the team continues to grow its client base and expand its network of candidates across Indonesia.Under Olly’s reputable leadership skills and great foresight, PageGroup’s business in Indonesia flourished into a profitable one. With the recent promotions of three managers, Olly and his team will continue to concentrate heavily on the development of a local management group and new disciplines.
